*sighs* Alas, I have once again finished a great journey. I finished Shadow Hearts II this morning. For the third time, it seems, in five years =) Only this time I finished all the side quests and ended it with a bad ending. The only side quest I couldn't do was... meeting with Keith. Oh, he's just some vampire in his bat form.

Every Shadow Hearts has two endings. One is better than the other. To get the good ending, you usually have to do more. To get the bad one you well... just care less xD

In the first installment the good ending was that Alice lived on and was saved from Yuri's curse. The bad ending was... well... she died beside Yuri on the train trip to her home. Apparently the story liked the bad ending more (-_-) In other words, Alice wasn't alive in Shadow Hearts II.

In the second installment and the one I just finished, the good ending was umm... I don't exactly know what happened. Yuri got pierced through his chest and he met up with Alice in the land in his soul, and somehow he went back in time to where he first met her. The bad ending, which I finally saw this time, was that Yuri decided to live on with his curse (yes, he got cursed again). He didn't meet Alice and he lost all his memories. Roger, a good friend, found him and cried about that. Wow. Roger cried. It was kinda cute.

Getting bored?

The third and latest (but hopefully not the final) Shadow Hearts offered a good ending in which Shania worked with Johnny, or a bad ending where Shania went insane (0.0)

Wow. I just realised that every good or bad ending in every Shadow Hearts depends on what you do with the curse. In the first one, Yuri carrier this Four Masks curse. Then he carried the Mistletoe curse in the second game. Shania, in the third, carried a... Oh, they didn't name this one. But, yeah, she was cursed too xD Ahahah.

Besides having curses, the installments have another thing in common. The bad guys just wanna destroy the world. Hahah. What is it with bad guys and destroying or ruling the world...? Oh well. They are jobless.

There's this scene in Shadow Hearts II that I find really funny. It was when the team was released from captivity at this Battleship Mikasa by papers Anastasia was carrying that said her father was the ambassador of Russia or something like that. Oh well. Just try to get it. You know I'm not good at story telling.
Yuri: That was jerky of Kurando to take off without us like that.
Ana: Kurando isn't that kind of person!
Yuri: What? What did you say? Ohoho... I get it, I get it...
Ana: Stop it!
Yuri: You're turning all red!
Ana: Kill you...

Then this old man came and told them why they were suddenly released...
Gepetto: Goodwill ambassador? You had papers saying that?
Ana: My daddy gave them to me just in case I travel overseas.
Lucia: Now that's a good father!
Yuri: Yeah. A real superman.
Ana: He's better than superman.

Eheh. Laugh, people!
